At the beginning of the dream sequence, Captain Rex Vermilion dreams of the beloved planet Onirique and her beauty. The piano softly plays as if it is her voice being projected onto all who listen. This beautiful piano sequence leaves all in a daydreaming state.

Atmospherically angelic and calm, 21-year-old Denver, CO artist REX VERMILION composed and performed his solo piano interpretation of utopia, unfolding like a celestial symphony, taking us on an enchanting journey through the hallowed realms of a planetary paradise. Nestled within the grand tapestry of his debut concept album "MASTEMA.", the solo piano interlude weaves seamlessly into the tale of a visionary 22nd-century space captain on a noble mission to guide humanity towards a peaceful future, by any means necessary. Juxtaposing this theme with the current bleakness REX VERMILION feels about the world in the present, this piece offers a breath of fresh air of what life could be like in a perfect world.

With every resonating chord and delicately crafted crescendo, the maestro invites us to surrender ourselves to the boundless possibilities of the human spirit and to partake in a cosmic voyage that not only entertains but enlightens.
